MKIII Gunfighter SCG X and Y Axis don't register

Greetings,
For some reason, all my buttons and hat switches register when I use VKB Config app to test but not the joystick axises. I have Flashed it to v 1.996 but it does not work. It used to work a while ago with an older version of the config app but now it does not. The axes don't work in other apps like VKB JoyTester or the Built-in one in Windows 10. Below is a picture of the test screen in the config app I'm talking about.
If it helps I have an MKII Blackbox which is showing a Green LED on #2 and a blue LED on the SVS.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

That worked. I feel like an idiot now.
It takes a while to get used to the software.
