As the title states i can't seem to flash new firmware to the joystick with the proper firmware for the SCG pro grip. i put the base into boot loader mode holding down the start and eject buttons and get a read error (see attached) any help would be nice.

So you have a Gladiator Pro MKII and a SCG Premium grip and trying to flash it manually. Any reason for doing that instead of using the configurator? What firmware are you trying to flash?
