Warthog grip rotation with adapter/extension

Hello. I'm considering buying vkb gunfighter mk.III base (+grip) and 200mm extension for use with TM warthog stick. I'm planning to use this as center mounted.

My question is: is it possible to rotate the angle of Warthog stick counterclockwise, with extension or/and adapter, so my wrist stay straight in center mounted position? If extension rotates, does the top rotates? or the bottom rotates? (curvature is a problem when the bottom turns..)

Yes, the colar in VKB adapter that you install in Warthog grip allow you adjust this angle.
