Calibration Gladiator-K

Postby FlyinPinkPanther » Wed Jun 24, 2020 19:05

Hello,

I recently purchase a Gladiator-K. Limited Edition
Box has SCG-R | P

I plugged it in to do the quick calibration, but that did nothing. So I went to the website and followed the video.
Everything was fine until I got to the part where you lick on bootloader.
It gives me a continuous error. Moreover, contrary to the video, it scrolls the error before I choose the specific file. (I do not know if that is important).

I have a Dell G7 laptop with Windows 10 64 bit system.

I have been fooling with this for over two hours. I used different USB ports and restarting my system twice. I only have the one laptop (wife has an apple)

HELP!

Please don't lick the bootloader, that is not covered by warranty!!! :))))))))))))

Your device is brand new and doesn't need flashing. Do just the calibration part, here's the link with time stamp: https://youtu.be/Xw91bRNsrPs?t=157. Basically just open the VKBDevCfg, press the Default button, go to Test/Axes, Start Calibr, calibrate, End calibr and that's it.

When I did that, the yaw (Twist) and the hat shown in the video does not do anything.
The Pitch, roll and throttle works though.

------

I went into the game settings and I was able to program the buttons on the base, but nothing on the stick itself.

-----------------

EDIT: Based on the above I decided to recheck my connection, so I disassembled the stick and reassembled. Apparently, I was not fully installed when I screwed in the stick to the base.

so that problem solved.
