Please post more details: what grip do you have on the GunFighter base? Are you using each device with their own Black Box or they're connected to the same? Which config utility are you using?

I used the second backbox instead.. Now it's showing only the joystick in the VKBDevcfg software...i really don't want to use both blackboxes.. What is the issue?

I used the joytester an it looks like movements from both the rudder and the stick are detected..Am I good to go?

The reason I asked to swap Black Boxes is because the first one was flashed from factory for the rudders. The second one, the one that shows the joystick, is flashed for the joystick. It would also detect the rudders so yes, you're almost good to go, but calibrate the device first: run end to end pitch and roll, Gate Cont ministick, Master Mode ministick, secondary trigger, brake lever AND rudders. Now you're good to go :)
Complete calibration process: https://youtu.be/LBW0P1mlGno (don't forget to run the rudders too).
Please note that if you have twist module on your MCG Pro there's 1 axis too much; in this case is a different approach.
