Hello, I purchased this from your site in 2017 (Gunfighter base with MCG pro) and it has been really great but the left side of the X axis has stopped working reliably. I have re calibrated and it seems like it could be a sensor going bad or something similar. I see now that there is a new base (mkIII) but no option to purchase as a stand alone replacement part. Could I get approval here to purchase the replacement base as I really enjoy the stick and would like to keep using it. Thanks.

I see that there is a full kit to basically rebuild the base into a MKIII so I went and ordered that, feel free to disregard question.

It's far more likely you have e connector working loose than an actual sensor problem. Worst case scenario a wire is bad. Try opening up the base and see if any of the little white connectors that hold the wires from the gimbal area loose. Not a bad idea to gently pry them apart and put them back together to reseat them. I have the same setup, she age as you and I've had to do this with mine periodically. Give that a shot.

Hehe too late! FYI there is a video about making this conversion. Good idea to check that out.
