Device model and version: Gunfighter Mk1 with MCG Pro Mk1
Controller Firmware version: _BlackBox_GF_MCG_PRO_v1_99_6.vkb
If VKB original software is used: VKBDevCfg-C v0.91.30
When playing my Axis will randomly stop responding, I have to restart the black box to get the axis to start responding again. When this happens and I open Joy testers, Buttons and Axis on my MCG Pro will register but the GF Axis will not, when I open VKBDevCfg and go to test tab it shows the Axis as stuck, both the GF base and MCG show as green on the external sub tab.
Thank you for your help,
William Nagel

Re: Axis stops responding
Have you tried to open up the base, disconnect the white connectors, check the wires and plug them back? Also cleaning up the 3 contact pads on the grip with a bit of alcohol could help.
Re: Axis stops responding
I have opened the base and the connectors are tight and the wires look good. I have cleaned the contacts on the stick and the problem has continued to persist.
Re: Axis stops responding
Wire may look good but have internal break. Have you tried to disconnect/reconnect? Try to move wire near connector especially. Try to replace wires with another axis.

Re: Axis stops responding
Took the suggestions and did more testing last night.
1. Replaced black box with a spare - no change
2. Unplugged all other usb's-no change
3. Unplugged GF wire cables, wires looked/felt good (could still be internal break) reconnected all the wires. -no change
Like previously mentioned all buttons on my MCG pro continue to work it is only the X and Y axis in my GF that stop randomly working. There is no prompt for power loss and I have unchecked "allow computer to turn off device" in all my device settings. I'm a little stumped at what else I could check.

Re: Axis stops responding
Open VKBDevCfg, press on the Profile tab, then on the Axes tab. Make sure both Logical and Physical Axes panels are showing. Take a screenshot of that and post it here please.

Re: Axis stops responding
Can you press that Default button, run a calibration afterwards and do the test again? If you made changes to buttons or axes you want to keep you should save your profile before doing that.
Re: Axis stops responding
Screenshot post hitting default and calibrating, still lost axis when flying.

Re: Axis stops responding
I still believe it's one of the wires inside the base. You could test further on this by taking the base plate off, turning on an axis tester and moving the wires slowly inside the base to see if they break the movement.
