Best lubrication for GFIII cams and bearings?

Hi all. I know about the lubes that Jaytheskepticalengineer used for his GF SCG, but what about yall? Id like to pick the heads of places worth asking before i choose a material to lubricate my precious equipment!

Cams won't need any lubricant unless you live in a very humid place. For ball bearings some fine lubricant is good; just soak it up, clean it up, let it drain overnight and clean it again - all this time doing it being careful not to leak lubricant around and especially not on electronics. Once a year should be more than fine.
