For this joystick:

Which firmware should I use? Without MK2 is for the orange box, with the wording MK2 is for the black box, I have the MK3 version and I can't find any MKIII firmware.

Use MK2 labeled firmware for black Black Box, which also contains the name of your joystick. No label and MK2 in firmware name refers to Black Box - orange and black. MKIII is the version of the base and not significant for firmware hence not mentioned in title.
