Just wanted to finish this Topic and tell how it turned out. Eventually VKB send me a new PCB directly from China within less then 5 days.

interesting enough the right one is the replacement board...
I installed it today after work and it perfectly works now!

I think at the end this is a great example how stuff can get repaired and warranty can happen without sending everything across the planet or to throw things away.

I contacted vkb warranty via email about 2 weeks ago for a grip replacement board. After 4 days got an email from “Daisy” who asked me if I contacted their engineer Zero. Replied that I don’t have Zero’s email. Haven’t heard anything since.

Can I ask for the email of the contact person you worked through? Very discouraged with VKB support at this point.

You could either inform Daisy that Ron has already checked your issue and has decided you need a new board or fill up a service ticket through your dealer - this way the issue will get to the chief engineer.
You should also check your spam folder as e-mail coming from China end up there sometimes.
And please stick to your own thread, it's getting bumped with a new message.
