VKB Gunfighter MK 1 Dry Clutch issue

The bearing that the dry clutch wraps around on the pitch axis is slipping causing loss of input. I don't see any way to tighten it. Is it pressed on or is there a set screw somewhere i'm missing? The arrows in my attached picture are pointing to what is slipping.

Do you have more photos to show how it warps?
