Kosmosima Twist Right Grind?

I just got my VKB Gunfighter MK3 Kosmosima! When twisting right... it sounds like its grinding. It doesn't make that sound twisting left. Also when twisting right, it occasionally gets stuck when testing in the VKB Device config.

How can I fix this?

If your twist is not smooth and even or it's grinding it means the 2 cylinders gripping around the base metal shaft are not aligned and one is sticking out. Loosen the locking bolt and re-arrange the 2 cylinders so each cutout would face the base metal shaft inside the grip connector. After tightening the bolt check with your fingers on the both sides of the hole where the cylinders got in - both cylinders are supposed to be completely buried inside the hole; if they're sticking out it means they're in a wrong position and would probably cause damage if not fixed soon.
