Gladiator MKII Trigger DOA

So I recently received a Gladiator MKII direct from VKB.

Despite all my efforts, the main trigger appears to be DOA, although all other buttons and axes work as expected.

I've tried remapping, resetting the device to defaults, etc.

Any ideas?

Just FYI - I spoke with a VKB rep on discord who walked me through additional support options, the issue appears to be mechanical in nature unfortunately.
