KG12 Grip Stopped Working

Hello! I recently updated to a GF Mk3 and received it in the mail yesterday. Everything was working fine until a few hours ago, until my KG12 grip stopped working. However, my old MCG grip works fine. I don't know if I pushed a wrong button in the 'VKBDevCfg-C' software, but I've tried everything since, and I'm still getting a full red bar for my grip in Text > External Devices. Weirdly enough, when I do try and update the firmware (using '_BlackBox_MK2_GF_KG_v1_98_F'), the stick is labeled as 'Gladiator Stick 2:17.2.' I have tried changing it to the KG12 stick in Global > External > External Devices, it then labels it correctly but still the same issue.

Device model and version - Gunfighter MK3
Controller Firmware version - VKB Sim Gunfighter Vintage v1.98F
Number and type of springs used - 40 on both axis
Тype of cams used - Avia Soft

Here's a few images with the KG12 stick plugged in. Note that I've tried to reseat it many times now:

And just to show you, with the MCG grip plugged in:

Thanks in advance!

Hit the Default button. After it restarts check again if the grip is set up as Gladiator. If it is, then change it to KG12 and, from the Action tab, click on Set button. Calibrate afterwards.

That didn't work for me, but this below did:
