Flashed Sim Space Gunfighter to v1.98F now POV1 axes are off angle

After flashing, changing settings to default, and re-calibrating, everything seems to be working except when I use the ministick as POV 1. When I push left, the POV moves diagonal to the top left. When I push right, it moves diagonal to the top right, etc. The POV only moves in diagonal, never horizontal or vertical. How do I reset the axes to move normally? I should note that I didn't have this issue before flashing to version 1.98.
