Gladiator Mk. 2, Y-Axis always has input...

Hello,
I've bought the Gladiator Mk.2, all works superb except the Y-axis, it always input, like i'm pulling the stick back just a bit, tested in War Thunder, always have to fight against it. I need to keep the stick pushed 2-3 cm forward to counter the negative effect. Any ideas on how I might get to the bottom of this?
What I've done:
1. Plugged the stick straight out of the box.
2. Used MS Joystick calibration.
3. Did the whole remove device -> flash -> recalibrate using VkB configurator.
Nothing has worked, all planes are tilted upwards...
