Gladiator MKii throttle deadzone normal?

On the throttle the last 1/8 part does nothing, it goes to full throttle way before the end of the motion on the lever. Is this normal? I did a calibration with Wizzo. I also noticed that the stick does not center back to the same value when I steer left and release as when I steer right and release, VKB_JoyTester confirms this behavior.
Are these two things normal or is there something wrong?

It is not normal, it's a calibration issue. Please follow this guide
https://youtu.be/8Ht8yMsdlCQ?list=TLPQM ... JIgwpgaoCQ. When it comes to flashing the firmware select the file called _Gladiator_v1_98.6.vkb (not Gladiator Pro, not Gladiator SCG).
After calibration, if you still have the same issues please post screenshots with Global/External/External Devices and Profile/Axes/Physical axes tabs opened.

I followed the guide and updated the firmware and did the calibration, all is working well now. Thanks!
