Remove the screed and rearrange the X-axis cable, changing the connection points. The one that was in front, connect to the Y board. When removed, carefully inspect and take a photo of the cable.

to be honest with you, I'm a user, not a technician. So this kind of operation is too much for me.

Do you have a picture or tutorial video how to do it? I'm feared that I'll break something.

Remove the black screed (red cross in the photo) and change the connection of the cable connectors 1-> 2, 2-> 1.

after I removed "2" from the board, it looked like this. Guess that's not too good right?!

So the reason was found.
Open a support ticket, where the joystick was bought. They will send a new cable.

The Joystick was bought directly from VKB FSC europe

Looks I have a similar problem after I had to do X-Axis cam change (because the spring broke). My max-left gives me almost 100% right and my max-right gives me 50% left. Unfortunately for me the warranty expired.
