Aha, got it, and first thing to tell you is that you're safe, and your device is not damaged.
We will absolutely be able to return your joystick in ranks.
However we need to know what settings you tried to edit on your new device, and what exactly firmwares you installed on it prior to its getting stuck.
Please try to remember them as close to reality as you can, and tell me either in this thread, or via PM.

Ok, let's solve your problem
1) Unzip the OP2 file
2) Run Blackbox in Bootloader mode
3) Run ZBootloader-C
4) Type load in the edit window
5) Choose op2 file
6) Load correct firmware

This worked!
I followed your instructions and in step 6 I flashed _BlackBox_MK2_GF_MCG_PRO_v1_98_1. All button and axes seem to be recognized in VKBDevCfg-C.
