Subject says it. My kosmosima premium twist is gone. The lights flash on and off and also the hats and thumb stick go out intermittently. I can tap the desk and it flashes back on for a second. It looks like my contacts have indents from the grips pins. Any input helps.

I've disassembled the grip to check the contacts and all seem good and tight.

Sounds like a loose contact issue. Clean up the contact pads on the base with a bit of alcohol. Put the grip back on the base and make sure it's going down all the way and it stays there when your're tightening the locking screw.
It's normal to have small indents on the pads; it's not a good sign to have scratches though.

Either I'm missing something, or these two statements are in direct contradiction.
Anyway, a good picture is better than a long story.
We need to see as much as possible.
Please take a good picture of the contacts in question:

sharp
evenly lit
not hand-held

and post it right here in the thread - please do not upload it to 3rd party file/image hosting servers. post it here.
