Good afternoon, I'm posting here hoping for quicker assistance after having contacted the official VKB Controllers store at AliExpress, from which I have not received any reply for now. Order was made on January 2018 from AliExpress, and I live in Europe.
The issue is best described by images, see the attachments. It happened all of a sudden and without any strange usage: the device simply stopped responding and the Stick light on the Black Box was flashing red so I opened the base for a few checks and that's what I found. I managed to extract the pin from the connector, but it seems the red cable was somehow severed by itself. How should I proceed? May I request replacement cables/connectors? Thank you in advance for the help and for the assistance. I hope I can get to fly a bit during the holidays!

Re: Severed cable - GUNFIGHTER MkII Rev3.0
To clarify: I found the cable severed at its ending, right before the pin. The pin itself had remained inside the connector, from where I removed it.

That looks like an easy fix and the fact that you've managed to extract the pin from the connector tells me that you're handy enough to do it rather than wait for a replacement cable.

Thanks for the feedback, these forums are sure quiet!
Anyways, I might have been handy enough for extracting the pin but there's no way I can fix the thing by myself - I simply have no appropriate tools for that and I don't want to run any unnecessary risks (peel the wire, open/clear the pin and so on...).
I'm still waiting for official word by Support. I've seen the same issue reported by other users, so I remain hopeful...
