T-RUDDER MKIV Problem

I have just received the T-Rudder pedals, after testing some time in game, I noticed that right toe pedal is harder to move than the left pedal, left pedal is smooth, soft movement.
right toe pedal requires more force, so small adjustments from center to right result in skipping or "sticky" movement, just harder to move in general than left pedal.
very hard to do small adjustments or movements in the beginning of right pedal, the left pedal is OK.

My older MK3 pedals felt little bit smoother.

what is needed to fix this? I assume disassembly will be required here?

Could be a faulty cam? I would contact support directly (whoever you purchased from)
