Hi there.
I recently purchased a new Gunfighter. It's been great aside from one issue, which is that one of my #10 cams has a slight groove in it. This causes a small bump when moving through the center point of whichever axis that I put the problematic cam on. I'm wondering if there's anything I can do about this, aside from returning the whole stick? Can I purchase replacement cams separately?
Thanks
Cam bump

Re: Cam bump
Hi Solantus
If you feel handy, you can use fine sandpaper on the cam to remove this bump
these are a couple posts regarding using sandpaper on cam is allowed.

however, if you are worried you might do further damage, sending back cams for replacement is ideal as it's a lot cheaper and less things can go wrong in the mail with cams as opposed to sending back the entire gimbal.
you can purchase replacement cams, but only if you do serious damage to them yourself.

Hi ddrake1984
Thank you for your reply.
If I were to use fine sandpaper on the cam to remove the groove, would this noticeably affect the detent (and lack thereof) of the #10 cam?
Due to my location and shipping times within the EU I'm somewhat hesitant to return anything if it can be avoided, thus I would prefer to directly purchase a replacement if possible. Where would I purchase such a replacement from? The cams do not appear to be on sale on either of the VKB stores.
If the only option is to return the cam, then can I send it back alone, without the rest of the gimbal?

Contact Eduard he'll take care of that, you shouldn't have to pay anything.
