Hello VKB Tech Support
My Question:
Will the Gladiator Upgrade Kit Lite for Gladiator MK. II with SCG Bundle work for MacOS.
The Firmware for Gladiator w/SCG support looks like it works only with IBM-PC.
I would like to purchase the Upgrade Kit w SCG Grip but I'm not shure it will work on my Mac Book.
Please Help.
Thanks
Richard

To renew the FW and reconfigure the Gladiator to work in MacOs, you need Windows.
It is only needed for reconfiguration, as the config file is stored in the joystick's own memory, and once it is there, the joystick will work in Mac and in Linux.
In a word, do configuration on Win, then use on Mac!
Happy flights.

Hello AeroGator,
OK Thanks for responding to my post.
FYI The Mac can run MacOs and Windows.
I will need to install that first.
Do I need Windows 8.1 or 10?
For FW and reconfiguration what software do I need to do this.
Do you have a procedure for this?
Have any other Mac users tried this with no problems?
This information is important when making purchasing decisions!
Thanks
Richard

I boot my mac into windows for some games, and the VKB software has worked fine for me; I'm using 8.1.
