VKB-SIM

Hi!

Today I have receive my rudder pedals mk.iv. This is my first product of vkb-sim and don't understand why doesn't works.

The package contains:

+ Rudder pedals and tools
+ Usb cable
+ RDR Link
+ Black box

I have connect...

rudder pedals -> RDR cable -> BlackBox -> USB cable -> PC

... but when I connect, windows no recognize de usb device. On the other hand... the black box is different from what appears on the web, this "blackbox" is black and made of plastic.

In the website announces that the rudder pedals dont require any drivers to work...

Any advice? Thanks!

I bought VKB-SIM T-RUDDER PEDALS MK.IV the last week and today has arrive at home. I followed the instructions connecting devices on this way:

Rudder pedals -> RDR Link -> Black box -> Usb -> PC

I'm using windows 10, and the moment that usb is connected to pc, win10 notify me that USB is not recognized and the black box doesn't have any led on... (the current box is black and made in plastic.. this "blackbox" is not correspond with the website.)

This is my first VKB product, and according to web, the rudder pedals doesn't require any drives to work.

What's is missing?

Connect only BalckBox to the USB and send a screenshot from showhid http://ftp.vkb-sim.pro/Programms/show_hid.rar

post a picture of the blackbox and the connection to the PC please.

Please, first try another USB cable which works with other devices.

yes, the new blackbox is now really black. It comes with T-Rudder pedals. The other controllers we sell are provided with orange BlackBox.
