This did not lead to success either. Still no "save" and "set" option. And everything looks empty. Not a single tick to be seen....

I've found my old folder saved on a USB Stick! With this constellation, it works again
But one problem is still there! It's impossible to change anything. Changing my 4-Way-Hat back to the POV....or the Trigger from "safed" to "armed" for example. Everytime, the program says "NO NEW DATA"

Sometimes it's easier to build from scratch rather than trying to repair.

Please believe me, that was my thought too. That's why I did the Hard Reset! But it really didn't get me any further. I just wanted to change a little thing, but it just didn't work. I tried everything, but nothing helped. On the contrary....everything only got worse! Therefore I have now restored the old stand and leave it as it is. Maybe sometime an update will come what works with me so as I wish it....

Just take it slowly, don't rush it. Save a copy of whatever configuration is (kind of) working now and after that delete all the VKB related files from the computer. Continue with the guide I've posted and make sure you're following it exactly (especially the part when you have to select your device every time after the Configurator restarts). It has to work in the end.
