Blackbox out of order

I have to reconnect my black box after every restart. So pull out the USB plug and reconnect. I already deactivated the power saving mode on the USB port. What could help here?

More details? Like why do you have to reconnect it - is it off when restarting the computer?

Yes! All Lights off! Everytime i start my PC!

2 things you could try: change the USB port and jiggle the USB cable a bit when the device is off (without disconnecting it) to see if there's a loose connection or broken wire.

is this a powered USB port on a hub or PC?

is this a un-powered USB port on a hub?

No USB Hub....simply on a USB2.0 Port on my PC.

But actually, i think it`s another problem:
I`ve enabled the Trigger for Missile Lock in Star Citizen (Armed/Pulse) After some time I noticed that the missile lock still didn't work. But in return the blackbox didn't switch off anymore! So with every restart the box was running again. As soon as I load my profile, all lights go out! Because of that I have flashed now times again. Currently it runs again. I must test the whole further and in the

When you load your profile unmark the LED section.

After re-flashing, setting to default and calibration (details here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Ht8yMsdlCQ) go to Settings and mark Partial Write option.
Now when you load your profile a new dialog box appears. Uncheck the LED option, check everything else like in picture and hit Set.

The anticipation was short lived. Now I'm really desperate! There is simply nothing left! Even the hard reset does not help me. No matter what I try ..... I get an error message with every action. And I somehow get no "set" - option anymore. I thought then ..... okay, then I'll just do it all. But that too is no longer possible. What am I doing wrong? Or is the black box broken?

Screenshots from the configurator may help to establish the reason for this behavior of the BlackBox.
Also show the folder where the configurator is launched from.

In the very first (top) line of the configurator, the so-called "header", its version and recommended firmware are written.
You cannot use the versions below; above, you can. You need to use an earlier configurator with the current firmware.
