New Gunfighter, Axes not Recognized

Just received my new Gunfighter Mk II with an MCG Pro. I was so excited to get into the thing that I took it apart and customized it to the right feel before I even bothered plugging the thing in. Well, I spent about 3 hours doing that. Now, for the last hour since plugging it in I've been troubleshooting.I downloaded VKBDevCfg and ZBootloader. I calibrated the stick, and thought I would be good to go. I installed the #30 Cams with #20 Springs on the X axis and the #10 cams with #30 Springs on the Y axis.
Then, I noticed that my X and Y axes weren't working. I would move the stick, but those 2 axes would stay centered. Everything on the stick worked great, every button and every axis. There seems to be something wrong with the base. So I flashed the newest firmware, which was successful. However, it didn't fix my problem. I started digging around in VKBDevCfg, and noticed that somehow the stick was communicating perfectly with the software, but the base has a communication error level of 100 percent constantly.
Note that the "STICK" and "BUS" lights are solid green, but the "SYS" light is solid red.
I have no idea what to do from here. Did I get sent a bad base?

UPDATE: Now the "STICK" light is also flashing red after resetting the box thru VKBDevCfg, despite the fact that the stick continues to work fine.

1. Gunfighter Mk. II & MCG Pro Lot 1017\01
2. Firmware version 1.96
3. X Axis - #20 Spring
Y Axis - #30 Spring
4. X Axis - #30 Cam
Y Axis - #10 Cam
5. VKBDevCfg Version 0.90.19
6. There is really no point in including this, there is basically no relevant info to be shown.
7.
I received my new Gunfighter Mk. II + MCG Pro yesterday, and spent 3 hours trying different spring and cam configurations before plugging it in for the first time. Upon plugging it in, I calibrated the stick. This is when I noticed that my X and Y axes were completely unresponsive. I've tried all the no-brainer troubleshooting steps, I restarted my PC, reset the Black Box to default, flashed the firmware, and even connected the stick to my laptop to make sure my PC wasn't the issue.
The problem seems to originate from a communication issue with the base itself, as pictured above. I have no idea how to fix this, or if I can fix it.
On another note, I'm still familiarizing myself with VKBDevCfg, and for some reason every time I change anything in the config file and save it, it reverts back to the default every time I open VKBDevCfg. Why is this happening?

Don't 'Save' it, 'Set' it. You Save your profile on your hard drive for future use, you Set it to your device.
And you should post all the required pictures; even if they don't seem relevant to you they would help VKB reps to troubleshoot you.

Well since you asked for it, here is me moving the stick around. Not sure how this helps at all.
Also I have no idea what you are talking about with profiles, I never mentioned anything about that in my original post.

When you said 'config file' you were referring to zconfig.ini and not to your profile? If so, why would you want to play with that 2 days after you got your device?
)) There's not much you need in there except of adding User=Developer. Have you tried to start the VKBDevCfg as a admin?
About the pictures - you still missed some, see the pictures in this post:

Yes, I was talking about zconfig.ini, I should have made that more clear. My apologies. I've since figured that out.
What screenshots am I missing? The original post mentioned that screenshots from VKBDevCfg and VKB_JoyTester were needed, both of which I have posted.

Look at the bottom of the post, there are 2 screenshots- one with Global/ Common tabs, the other with Profile/Axes. These are the screenshots they are asking for usually.

Do not produce similar topics - just one. Read
this post. Do not see that there is another device - the algorithm of actions is the same for all VKB devices.

Hi Guys.
I have same issue. I tried all of posibilities, but nothing. I uploaded the last firmware, I checked the cables, connectors... but nothing. My base is out of BUS! The joke is, I have used my VKB joy for 5 years, but at the moment that is just an expensive decoration. What was the result? Is it software or hardware issue? Please help!

Grip giving no errors, but base not responding at all? Only way I can see tgat happening is if you have a GF3 or GF4 and the jumper on the x-axis and connector pcb is in the "left" position. Move it back to the other pair of pins.

Is the LED on the Y axis board lit in the base? If not, then look at
this thread, a very similar case.

Thank You for your help.
I tried to change the position of jumpers. The situation was still.
My base is MK.III. The green led lit on the Y PCB. The green led doesen't lit on the X PCB. The idea (the post from Russia) would be cool, but the PCBs of MK.II and MK.III is different.

Here is the small part in question on the PCB X. It' very very small (~1mm) part. And it have 4 legs. I don't know how can I heat up this legs. It doesn't matter, I will try.

Show a photo of board X, large. What voltage (if any) is on the right pin of C8?
