Why Am I having this issue? Brand new joystick!! I plug it in, VKB tries to initialize the device then "not responding" shows up on the title bar!! I did the firmware update but still having this issue, it's very annoying and I'm not happy, I would expect this issue to happen with a $20 joystick but not $400 for god sake!

Anyone has a fix!

Did the device work properly before the upgrade?
How was the firmware upgrade done?
What firmware? What device was updated?
What version of the configurator?
Do not find that your post carries very little necessary information? Or do you think here the club of psychics is going to?

Yep same issues - not responding on title bar im afraid....seems to be going around

I got frustrated, spent hours troubleshooting this, wife yelling at me then fed up and decided to come here and vent!

More hours troubleshooting after I wrote my post. I think I found out what is causing this. If I deleted the zconfig file then started the VKBDevCfg-C, the joystick would load right away! but why? How to remedy this? Re-flash? Reset the device (how)?
