New dual Kosmosimas, issues with getting set up

Well spoke to soon, now seems to be locking up again...not sure what the deal is...but will keep messing around with it.
Maybe I need to try a powered USB 3.0 hub or usb 2.0 ports? My PC is a newer z390 so all ports are usb 3.0.

I am having the exact same issue where VKB device configurator fails to respond. It was never an issue on my previous PC but have had no luck on my new PC.....also a Z390 system. Is your issue still happening? USB 3.1 Gen 2 incompatibility?

OP here. Still seeing it but since I have an x570/3800x in transit I'm waiting to test any further for my updated system with fresh install.
