T-Rudder Mk.III Not Working

In an attempt to get my T-Rudder Mk.III pedals to work with the latest VKBDevCfg-C_v0.90.19 software, I tried to flash my pedals to the latest firmware TinyBox_v1.96_D.vkb. After that, I cannot get them to work.
I then tried to flash them back to the old firmware TinyBox_v1_77D.vkb, but they still will not work.
At this point, I don't know what to do. What is the latest working firmware for the T-Rudder Mk.III pedals?
