Try to take the latest firmware and configurator. Take here.
By installing the software will help this oldish video , but the principle has remained unchanged.
p.s. I missed one more moment - after resetting to default by a button in the configurator and subsequent calibration, is this bug reproduced?
MCG Pro - Rot Z Axis off center

Re: MCG Pro - Rot Z Axis off center
Have done this and now the No.6 axis/Rot Z has completely stopped working, it's showing full value(65535) and constantly has the POV in down position.
Movement completely gone in the Rot Z axis:
Pressing the Reset/Default button changes nothing.

Re: MCG Pro - Rot Z Axis off center
What movements calibrate Gate Const microstick - in a circle or a "cross"?

Re: MCG Pro - Rot Z Axis off center
I have tried both "circle" and "cross", no difference. And is it really important if I quoted you or like now just hit the reply button?

Re: MCG Pro - Rot Z Axis off center
Something you do wrong when calibrating, but I do not understand what. Try calibrating only 5 (RotZ) axis until the numbers are approximately the same.
Re: MCG Pro - Rot Z Axis off center
Only the left value change.
Rot Z seems to be Vertical
Slider1 is horizontal, but they are both the same POV/Gate Const Microstick.

Re: MCG Pro - Rot Z Axis off center
Okay, let's try another way. Change the MPL value from 8 to 9 to 5.6 axes and click Set. Calibrate. We show a screenshot of what numbers are obtained.

Re: MCG Pro - Rot Z Axis off center
We return back MPL = 8, Set, we are calibrated. And if the value will again be 255, we write, instead of it, approximately the same as in the left column. Set.
Re: MCG Pro - Rot Z Axis off center
No changes. I set the value to the same as in the left column and Set, still can't use the vertical movement on the POV microstick.
And then I tried calibrating it again, then it switch the right column value to 255 again.

You can try to clean the registry from incorrect entries using the program USBDeview. Choose our joystick in it and right-click it to delete (second line from the top).
Re: MCG Pro - Rot Z Axis off center
Did not change anything.
But if I manually change these values and do not re-calibrate, I almost get fun travel of the Rot Z axis.

Worked fined for about an hour or so in DCS, took a break and got back to the computer now. Haven't touched anything and now it's acting like this without any input:

Display a screenshot of the Test-External Devices tab. You can click directly on the image of the handle and base.
It is necessary to remove the handle and wipe the contacts of the stem-handle pair with alcohol.
