Kosmosima PRO Analog HAT divide to 4 axis?

How to divide analog thumb HAT to 4 axes?
I want to have 4 axes - UP, DN, LEFT, RIGHT (all axes to have 0% in the center position of the hat)
DAFAULT:

I need this to have analog brake for down axis. and left and right axis for left right wheel brakes.
Some sims like IL2BOS don't allow you to set up high dead zones to divide axis.
and some sims like DCS don't have auto "virtual differential breake" like IL2BOS so the simplest way
that gives most control method is to have 4 axes.
