VKB-SIM

I have just received my Gunfighter MK.II with MCG Pro Grip few days ago, the Stick LED on my Blackbox will be blinking red after change any kind of settings and pressed the SET button under Action, but everything work fine, if I reset to Default then the Stick LED will then turn back to solid green. Eventually, I have to check the Partial Write under Settings and then unchecked the LED EVENTS to set my stick, then the Stick LED will stay solid green. I saw some of the Stick LED blinking red for some other issues on some topics, but seems different than my issue. Does anyone know what is happening on my VKB flight stick or it is a known issue?

Sorry that I couldn't find the External-Leds tab, I found the External Devices but nothing about Led, where can I find it?

Or should I check the Led0 for both stick & base?

Overview
When you launch configuration utility for the first time configuration file zconfig.ini
will automatically be created in the same folder with VKBDevCfg.exe file. It contains
miscellaneous utility parameters. Some of them MUST be appended by user be
cause of they are not created automatically. See description of certain parameters
in Table 10.1.

As I understood. Default cfg. LED constantly green. Any settings change (No led changes), SET pressing -> led flashing red? Please example of settings.

1. Is LEDs tab the same for default state and "tuned" one?

I haven't found LED EVENTS to uncheck((( Please show.

I enabled the MCG Brake then click the Set button to save the settings.

those are the same tab, the second screenshot was scroll down to the bottom to show you the rest of External LED settings.

You have to checked the Partial Write in Settings tab, then you will see the screen below when pressed the Set button.

I have this exact same issue: Blinking red LED after updating to latest firmware. The stick appears to be 100% functional. Are there any screenshots I should post that would be useful?

Need screenshots of tabs Global-External-Leds, Profile-Buttons, Povs.

Hi Ron61, I have just fixed the Stick LED issue, please download the latest configuration software, ZBootloader and firmware from http://alex-oz.strana.de/, re-flash the firmware, reset to factory default then re-cal. it, those work perfectly on my stick and blackbox.

btw. the software and firmware which download from VKB website are definitely have bugs for the combination of BlackBox + Gunflighter MK.II + MCG Pro stick.

Don't be so sure. I'm usually on the latest firmware and software beta versions, but trying to replicate the issue with the blinking LED light I loaded up the stable fm/sw from the official website and all my devices (MCG Pro, SCG Premium, Blackboxes) were performing great. Also the blinking LED issue continued to show for people who updated their fm/sw to the latest beta versions.

I guess must match the software and firmware, but worth to try anyway.

I see that the version of VKBdevCfg on VKB download is v0.90.06 (which I got problem with the stick LED), this suppose a stable version, isn't it? And the version on http://alex-oz.strana.de/ is v0.09.13 (which I have no problem at all), is that a beta version?

Besides, the version of firmware on VKB download is v1.96.7 (which I got problem with the stick LED), and the version on http://alex-oz.strana.de/ is v1.96.C(3) which fixed my stick LED issue.

What exactly different are they, sorry that I have no idea about different between VKB official download and alex-oz.strana.de, I found this site on other post with similar issue like me.
