I notice you had two different firmwares listed in your macros post. Why is that? Are you trying to flash the black box separately? There's no reason for that. The black box is plugged into your pc. Whatever grip you have is plugged into the black box. We have the same pair, gunfighter and MCG-Pro. What's important is that you're trying to flash the correct firmware for whatever combination of grip and base you might have. If say you had the kg-12 grip plugged into the gunfighter with it's firmware and it was working fine, be aware if you change grips you MUST re-flash with the proper firmware for that grip/base combo. Windows will still see the base fine but if the firmware doesn't match the grip the base won't know what's plugged into it. So select the firmwares carefully. No there isn't a universal one.

Process goes like this :

Be sure you have all of your active files regarding your stick copied into a common folder. VKBDevconfig, bootloader, firmwares you intend to flash, profiles, etc.

Open VKBDevconfig. Click on the stick name in the upper pane to highlight it.

Click on the bootloader button.
(This will close VKBDevconfig but not necessarily open bootloader. This is by design as you don't want these running together.)

Open bootloader manually.

Browse to the firmware version you want.

Click on "flash it" and let it do its thing.

When the process finishes its probably gonna try to open VKBDevconfig. I usually just close everything out to be sure there are no conflicts.

Open VKBDevconfig again. Click on the stick name shown in the upper pane to highlight it.

Click on default. The stick will restart.

Calibrate the stick. This is important.

When calibration is completed the stick will again restart and you should be ready to go.

At this point you can apply any profiles you may have.

Hope this helps.
