Hi there,
I think my new VKB Gladiator MK2, unfortunately have an issue on Y axis.
It can not reach 0 - 65535 like other axis, but work only 0 - 51909 (screenshots).
I mean that working axis reaches 0 - 65535 when really touch the limit of the plastic case... (X , Z , Throttle are OK)
Y axes no, work 0 - 51909 very near the center (inaccurate also) and not work on both ends.
Sorry but for me is difficult explain in english!
Please note I tried Reset defaults, WIZZO calibration, VKB dev config calibration and firmware update and downgrade too ( _Gladiator_v1_96_B.vkb and _Gladiator_VKB_v1_85_B.vkb ), without success.
*** update*** - tried on other PC for scruple ... same error.
Can someone help me please?
Bye
Federico

Re: Gladiator MK2 - Y axes issue
I think the developers would be interested to also have screenshots with the Physical and Logical Axes to see if those axes are calibrated properly.
Re: Gladiator MK2 - Y axes issue
Dear Fallout,
thank you for your reply, but, as described above, I calibrated the stick hundreds times...
Thanks
Federico
EDIT: *** All screenshots updated after calibration ***
EDIT 2 : I dont know why info page write PRO version when it is not (_Gladiator_v1_96_B.vkb)

Re: Gladiator MK2 - Y axes issue
Hi Chicco, the developers are asking all the images to be loaded here, on the forum, not on external links. They are in different parts of the world with no access to all kind of hosting sites.
Second, the screenshots I was mentioning are still not uploaded or at least I don't see them. Go to Profile -> Axes and click on those 2 tabs on the right hand side (Physical Axes and Logical Axes). That's where they could read the sensor positioning and proper calibration.

Re: Gladiator MK2 - Y axes issue
Oh sorry, I did not know about it ... now I can post only three images however.
So here my axes... correct?

Re: Gladiator MK2 - Y axes issue
That KdHi of 255 on Y axis indicates the axis is not calibrated properly on the upper range or there are issues. You could try to lower the MPL to 9 on Y axis, hit the Set button and recalibrate again. Could you do that?
Re: Gladiator MK2 - Y axes issue
Worse than before... now the maxium value is 45000
Thank you anyway for your help !

Re: Gladiator MK2 - Y axes issue
It is necessary to return the value of MPL = 10, click Set and calibrate. Try using the latest configurator and firmware. Perhaps something is interfering with the proper connection of the magnet and sensor.
There were cases like in the picture. It is worth checking it out, there is nothing difficult when disassembling. But it is better to take a pre-photo, that would not accidentally make a mess when assembling.

Re: Gladiator MK2 - Y axes issue
Thank you very much for your apprecied support, but I think I will return the stick.
It is brand new and I don´t want touch it inside.
Moreover, I found it too much loose in the center compared to T16000.
sorry I would have tried it
EDIT: For curiosity I wanted check inside and the magnet is mounted correctly ... The stick is faulty, STOP!
