I bought the Gladiator MK2 one month ago, worked will good. 4 days bought the MK4 rudder pedals. Plug the pedals in to the joy stick. They would not key map to the IL2 flight sim. After a few tries it shut down the joy stick and now I have nothing. Could you help with this problem. My computer skills are very limited.

Try calibrating through VKBDevCfg. Had the same prob in X-Plane. I don't have the pedals plugged into the joystick though. I have it directly to the PC.

Try to connect joystick to another computer. Will it work? Have you tried to use VKB configuration tool VKBDevcfg.exe?

Try to read this User guide. https://yadi.sk/i/MUcF3-XLUIfFoA
Try to calibrate your joystick. Please send screenshots of physical and logical axes tabs (VKBdevcfg.exe).

using the boot loader tool, film ware file .Njoy32_96_vkb reads 13370 device disconnected. Click on reset, got error 37467728 .Solving this problem is not your fault, it is mine. I have doubts that's is going to be resolved. If not what is the next step.

Hi Greygoose, I'll try to lead you though the process in easy steps. Please follow exactly even if you've been through same steps before:

1. Download VKBdevCfg from here: https://vkbcontrollers.com/wp-content/u ... .90.06.zip
2. Unzip the file in its dedicated directory;
3. Download the file containing the Gladiator MKII firmware: https://vkbcontrollers.com/wp-content/u ... 1_96_B.zip
4. Unzip the above file in its dedicated directory;
5. Get into that directory and choose file named "_Gladiator_v1_96_B.vkb". Copy that file and paste it in the same directory with VKBdevCfg.
6. Open VKBdevCfg as Administrator.
7. Press on the "Tools" tab and afterwards press on the big square "Bootloader" button. VKBdevCfg will close and a new window will open.
8. Press on the "..." button and navigate to the file "_Gladiator_v1_96_B.vkb". Load it up.
9. When the process is done the Bootloader window will close and VKBdevCfg will re-open. If it doesn't, open it manually.
10. Go back to the "Tools" tab. Now press the "Default" button to reset the device.
11. Look for the "Test" tab and press it. While in Test tab look for the "Axes" tab and press it.
12. Press on the big square button "Start Calibr". The LED on the base should start blinking now.
13. Move the joystick along all the axes - stick forward-backward, left-right, twist, and throttle up and down. Go all the way up and down along the axis 2-3 times slowly, with a short stop and the end of the axis range.
14. When you're done press the big square "End Calibr" button.
That should have your device properly working.

Unfortunately I can't guide you through the pedals installation and calibration as I don't have those and don't want to provide the wrong info, but hopefully a fellow pilot will step up with some instructions.

Good luck and let us know about the outcome!
