Attached is a photo of the LEDs tab scrolled down. And a shot of the Profile button POV tab. I am not sure I got what you want on this one, let me know if you need more.

The settings seem to be fine. Try to take all the most extreme - and the configurator and firmware.
This is v.90.09 and 1.96B_ (4). After flashing, reset to default (button in the configurator) and calibrate all axes.

OK, it is working! I still have the solid RED light on the Blackbox, but the stick works in game. I reported yesterday that buttons worked in game but axis did not, well I screwed up and did not map the axis controls correctly. I have downloaded the updated firmware you suggested and will flash it later today, but I have to ask am I done, is it ok to have the red light?? Just an FYI, when I remove the grip from the controller I get a blinking green light on the BB, it is like my lights are wired backwards.

If you're loading the new firmware then upgrade the config utility too. And yes, it really looks there's a problem with the wiring as the normal function is exactly the other way around - constant green on fine working stick and blinking red on missing or malfunctioning stick.
Happy flying!

What prevents to try to swap in the 8th and 9th line in the Color Mode column the values of Color1 and Color 2?

Line 8 It will not let me change colors. I can change the red to gray, but I can not active the green or the blue.
Line 9 Same thing.

I actually printed the Config Manual today, going to read it even, hardcopy works better for me. I have been flying for about 30 min today, I love the stick, but learning a new stick is sort of like starting over. Fun and games.

When you change Color1 from Color2 to each other in the Color Mode column, then set the brightness in the corresponding last columns.
And usually begin to read the manual when nothing is clear and does not work. People are the same everywhere. :)

in his defense I've played around with the LED settings myself on my own stick. It seems like half the time a new row wouldn't let me program like the LED was RGB. I'd keep playing around with the different entries on the row and resetting them and eventually could get it to start taking values there. But I've never figured out what the trigger was...
