[Being Resolved] Who do I contact for and RMA?
All troubleshooting has failed to resolve the issue I was having and I suspect the new Kosmo's stick has fried my Gladiator base will no longer work with my MCG pro stick nor the K12 stick.

2 - Controller Firmware version 1_96_7
3 - Number and type of springs used: default
n - Тype of cams used: Default
5 - If VKB original software is used, please always mention its version 0_89_76
I tried shorting the BOOT. Reset the computer to factory defaults and also did a clean boot and issue of not flashing the stick. The base works but now none of the Joysticks I have purchased work.

The red color of the graph indicates that there is no connection between the grip and the controller.
Therefore, all subsequent screenshots from JoyTester are not informative. This can be assumed without 100% confidence.
I propose to remove the handle, gently wipe the contact pads of the connector with alcohol (or its equivalent, but not solvent). Look for 3 pins and their free movement.
Connect the handle and reset the controller to default with the button in the configurator. Until the error rate becomes close to 0% on the chart, further adjustment loses its meaning.
Believe in luck and she will turn to you the right side .
p.s. specify the grip version more precisely - Pro, not Pro, left or right. It is important.
