VKB-SIM

Hi,

I was using my Gunfighter MCG PRO stick for hours yesterday and was getting complete signal dropout on all axis's. After re-flashing, re-calibrating, and replacing the blackbox... I decided to disassemble the base to look for issues.
To my dismay... I found a sheared red wire! Seriously...? This occurred under normal use! Notice the jagged edge at the point of separation, indicating it was not cut.

I need a replacement cable!

Currently in talks with VKB over a warranty claim. To get the stick to work in the meantime I had to mod the terminal connector and jerry-rig the cable to the pin; its holding so far...

We will send the cable ASAP. Please, contact your dealer.

Seriously, everything can happen in the future. But just remember that VKB and Lifetime Warranty are synonyms.
