Hey guys, I'm using the Gladiator MKII non Pro as a left hand stick and it works great for me, but I would like to add more controls on the grip, like a POV hat and 4 buttons. I could do that by creating a diode matrix connected to a Pro Micro - squeeze the wires through the grip down to the base, where there's enough room to secure the Arduino board and pull a second USB wire out of the base. I measured the space inside the grip - it's pretty tight to accommodate more buttons, but still possible with a little effort.
But I'm wondering if I could do the same thing by skipping the Arduino part and connecting my buttons directly to the Gladiator's PCBs. Is it possible? Are there any empty connections left on the board? Any clues about this would be greatly appreciated.

The best solution for the left grip is already there - it's here. Wait for the sales and you will like it.

I'm convinced I'll like the Kosmosima and I can't wait to get one; I kept close to the testers' presentations and I already love it.

To disfigure badly Gladiator уou can use the connector "To stick" (not installed) and connect one or more registers CD4021 ( by 5 wires).
You also need to make big configuration changes.

Made a test last night and it works - I could install a 6 button matrix on BM3 connections. I noticed that I could also have 2 other buttons installed on those 4 BT connections. That's already more than I need.

Done! 6 more buttons as a hat and 2 buttons. Thanks again for the help guys.
