I posted a bit earlier but forgot to include which shop it was..

VKB FSC Europe and my ticket #575 got initial reply with a satisfactory solution but never a follow up... It's been a long while now.. Anyway of chasing it? Should I open a new ticket?

Sorry for delay with sending the replacement part. It is finally ready to be shipped and will be collected tomorrow by a courier. So, I expect it to be delivered in 2-3 days.
