Hi, I got the pedals (order NO. 5292) and noticed during use that some (scraping) noise is coming out. During visual inspection I noticed that the CAM is loosened and "dancing" freely. I disassembled the pedals and noticed that the inner bearing nut was completely loose so I tightened that. After that all is ok, cam is in place now, pedals are working as should and silent. However, I noticed that one "arm" (right) and the corresponding metal bar (feet rest) is slightly (0.5 cm) lower than the left "arm" and bar. Measured in the neutral position when the pedals are not in use. I think this is not normal...I would like to ask VKB representative to spet in and answer. Thank you.
