Will it be possible to connect 2*GF II Base and the upcoming TECS throttle (inkl. extensions) to one Blackbox? or is it restricted with buttons/axes(splitting). Have a nice start in the week

Nope.
Reason One: there is a limit of 8 axes per device. 2 GFs and TECS would be times more than that.
Reason Two: usb power is limited. computer ports only support 500mA - sure not enough for a bunch of devices.
