Pedal Calibration Issue

Hi!
First of all, hi all! I´ve been using the pedal (MkIV) for 3 months without issues, changed the force of the spring and It worked fine. But now I have calibration issues. In a genius movement (ironic) I reseted the VKB config program pressing the bootloader button. Obviously I didn´t work. So now I don´t know what to do:
The Z axis dosen´t rise the top end of the axis. I tried to calibrate, but it didn´t work.
I have attached screenshots. Thanks a lot.

Hi!

Bootloader button is intended to load firmware into controller. You can press Default button to set factory settings. Have you tried?
Here http://ftp.vkb-sim.pro/Documentations/controller_2_10_En.pdf you can find User Guide with detailed calibration description. Try another one time.
Good luck!

Default button didn´t work. Finally the problema was that de axis didt´n rise the end. The solution is to increase MPL value and reduce the KdHi and the KdLow values. It´s explained in the manual in the manual calibration section. thanks for all! Hope this Will be useful for anyone else!
