WIZZO not working

I have a Gladiator Mk.II and I’ve downloaded WIZZO from several sites referenced in your webpage, installed it, then tried to run it a bunch of times but it just won’t open.
I get the spinning green “processing” icon for about ½ a second... then nothing.
Like I said, tried a bunch of times, each time uninstalling, restarting the computer, running as an Administrator, etc. I have no other devices (i.e. other joysticks) whose drivers/software might be interfering.
Got any ideas?

I should have mentioned that the joystick DOES work. Just trying to get WIZZO working, too.
