Windows does not recognize BB

Hello!
Tonight, I had some strange things happening with my X-Axis, again. It was not centering correctly and there was some axis spiking. I tried a calibration, but it did not help. I thought I would re-flash the BB, so I reset it to default. A few moments later, a Windows message popped up saying it could not recognize the device, and it disappeared from the list in VKBDevCfg-C, and the lights went out on the BB. After restarting Windows, it did see it show in the list again, but after a few moments I got the Windows error and the BB went dark.
Any suggestions?
