Hi,
My KG12 lately, will not sit on the the base correctly to maintain a steady red light on the base. I have tried repeatedly, tightening and loosening the screw. What am i doing wrong? Had this problem initially when i put on the grip for the very first time last July 2017, took off the grip, reseated, tightened screws, red steady light. No more blinking light, worked beautifully until a couple of months ago, did not mention this earlier because i knew your new MCGs were coming out soon.
Had a look at the 3 pins and noticed they can be pushed down, is this normal??? Attached 3 pics. Would very much like to know what i should do.
