I am a new owner of Gladiator Pro. Overall I am happy with my purchase but I have noticed there is a significant X Axis jitter (only X Axis).
Looks to me this may be a warranty issue because other Axes are rock solid.

Did you update to the latest firmware 1.85B?

Might be the connector for that axis is loose. Open up the base and give it a look. I know it's a new unit but that's something easy enough to check. Easier than dealing with sending it back and forth for sure!

FYI I had this problem too and that was all that was wrong.
