Hi, I noticed (in VKB joy tester) that when I move my stick allong the pitch the roll is also applying (slightly. Its also happening vice versa. Here is the VKB joytester screenshot. Is this normal? I have the latest firmware (1.85b) and the same happens when Im testing in VKB DEV CFG and in teh IL2 BOS sim. I wonder if this is normal as it is noticable in tester and in CFG tool when I tried to calibrate again. Im using 10# CAMS and the lightest springs.

If I remember correctly this wasnt an issue with old firmware.

Please will anybody from VKB answer me. Or some other Gladaitor pro user to explain if this is normal and happens to him to.

Show screenshots from the configurator tabs Global, Profile-Common-n-Axes. For screenshots, use either "Scissors" or Alt + PrintScn.

I think about filtering and dead zones. Sensors are very sensitive and can react on arm micro movements. Awaiting for screenshots.

Should I copy the values from your config? BTW I see you are using a newer version of config software I cannot find to download.

OK I trid your settings but that messe up everything. Tester wasnt detecting any movement. So I went back to default config settings and then in Wizzo I applied filter (for center) for pitch and roll (value of 3.05) and now is better. It seams joystick is super sensitive. Its still a bit too much pitch applied when using roll. Will try to set that filter a bit more and will report back.

Increase the value of DzLo in the logical axes.
If no pedals are connected to the Gladiator and only three axes are used (X, Y, AnalogThrottle), you can remove the check boxes En, Vs against 3, 6,7,8 axes in the logic section.
In the physical section in the Input, you need to set Virtual against unused axes.
New tested firmware and configurators are here (1 and 2 post).

I cannot use latest cfg.
But in the current dev cfg I raised first three Dz Lo values (at logical axes). First two from 1 to 10 and third from 20 to 25 (max allowed). Now the situation is like this.

Hi, Alex, yes now it seams its ok after I applied a bit more (heavy filtering) in the dev cfg software. On my last pics it can be seen some unantended inputs are still there (before I raised filtering a bit more). At least all is ok in the vkb joy tester. In general Im very pleased with the joystick I just hope VKB will make some tutorial in english for such cases.
